GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS FOR HOSTEL  

Parents are requested to follow certain guidelines in the interest of safety, comfort and health of their wards.   

• Parents are expected to visit  Parent Teacher Meeting to know Progress Reoprt of their ward.
• Parents/Guardians must study the progress report of his/her ward and watch his/her progress carefully.
• Parents/Guardians must ensure that his/her ward returns to school in time after every vacation/leave.
• If his/her ward's progress is unsatisfactory in academics/ activities , the parents/guardians must meet the Class Teacher or the Principal.
• Parents are not allowed to visit the Boarding Houses.
• Students are permitted to communicate only with persons specified and permitted by parents.
• Parents must not give Tuck (Eatables ) / Cash/ expensive gifts items or any other thing that is banned in school as per the school policy to their wards.If confiscated, such belongings will not be returned and the students or the parent will have no claim over such items.
• Parents are requested to avoid bringing tuck of any type in the school.
• Parents are allowed to meet or converse their ward telephonically only on Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
• Students must be permitted for going only when school will be closed for three or more days.
• After holidays of hostel/school arrival of all students shall be timely, anytype of delay is punishable.
• Students are not permitted to leave hostel in mid-session. If they left in mid-session full session fee will be charged otherwise name of students will be struck off from the school.
• Parents/ Guardians are advised to make remittances within due dates.The term wise fee is payable in advance.A late fee fine, as applicable is charged in case fee is not paid by the due date. Parents have the option to deposit fees in advance.
• Parents are not allowed to meet the child on routine days except when specified. No parent will be permitted to enter the school premise without prior written sanction.
• Parents can meet the Adminstrative staff on all working days between 10:00 am to 01:00 pm only.

   

  Facilities  available  in  Hostel

   

• Rooms:- Big and airy rooms to live in with full Bedding.
• Fooding: –
• Breakfast.
• Refreshment during recess.
• Lunch after classes are being over.
• Evening refreshment along with a glass of milk.
• Dinner.
• Tution :– Everyday three hours’ tution by the subject specialists.
• Game:- All types of indoor & outdoor game facilities are available in the  

• campus of school.

• Internet Facility:- Internet & Wi-Fi facility is available.
• Electricity:- 24 hours electricity is available.
• Sanitation:- Clean & neat sanitation is provided for students.
• Medical Aid:- In case of sickness the school management provides first aid medical treatment.
• Educational Tour :- School will provide free Educational Tour facility in a year.
• Birthday Celebration :- School will provide “Birth Day Celebration Kit” to all boarding students.
• Other  Facilities:- Cloth Washing & Press.
•  Hair Cut.
•  Shoe polish.​       

                  After  admission, the students has to bring  Towel, clothes, school uniform(summer & winter), toilet accessories , shoes(black & white), slippers and black & white socks.
